ABSTRACT Five experiments were conducted to evaluate the effect of three natural antioxidants: sweet orange peel extracts (SOPE); shaddock peel extracts (SHPE) and lemon peel extracts (LMPE) on performance, carcass traits, meat quality and lipid oxidation of broiler chickens.
