ABSTRACT This study examined Internal Control System and Fraud Prevention in federal radio corporation of Nigeria. The study employed survey research design and sampled three hundred and two respondents. Two hundred copies of questionnaires were distributed and only one hundred and thirty-three copies retrieved.
