ABSTRACT The discharge of dyeing wastewater containing high concentration of contaminants from the local dyeing industry has caused a serious environmental concern. The present study reports the synthesis of graphitic carbon nitride and itsutilization in degradation of dyeing effluent pollutants under solar irradiation.
