ABSTRACT This research work used shea nut (vitellaria paradoxa) shell and cow hoof (bauhinia ungulata) as the reinforcement materials in the production of automotive brake pads. Taguchi method of experimental design and grey relational analysis were used to determine the optimal values of the manufacturing parameters.
